Job Description
1. Establish the annual plan, medium-term and long-term plan of new product development
2. Responsibleb for establishing development process of new products
3. Responsible for analyzing influence of technological parameter to product performance
4. Responsible for providing standards for purchasing, manufacturing and quality inspection
5. Take part in the application promotio of new technology and new steel grades
任职资格：
1.全日制本科及以上学历；
2.金属材料、压力加工等相关专业背景，有3年及以上汽车用钢开发工作经验。曾从事过扁平碳钢新钢种开发工作，熟悉冷轧、连退和镀锌工艺者优先考虑；
3.中级及以上职称。
4.中英文听说读写流利
5.具有钢铁行业板材方面（汽车用钢，不锈钢，电工钢等）工作经验者优先
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above;
2. Relevant professional background about metal material, or press working; more than 3 years work experience in development of new auto steel grades; relevant experience about developing new flat carbon steel grades; experience available in cold rolling, annealing and galvanizing is preferable;
3. Intermediate profession title or above. 4. Fluent English & Chinese in listening, speaking, read and writing
5. Flat Specialty Steels Industry ( Automotive, Stainless, Electrical ..) is preferable
