Summary: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of non automotive products within the company, accountable for an annual sales turnover of 200 to 300 kt.

2. Role and scope of responsibilities
? Develop alternative markets (outside scope of automotive products) for the company
? Develop commercial relationship with major home appliance manufacturers
? Analyze ramp up plan for non automotive products
? Establish business plan for annual turn over of 200 to 300 kt to be effective as from June 2014 (business model, financing, sales channel,…)
? Price benchmarking: analyze market price, competitor’s benchmark, establish price matrix
? Interfaces with:
-The company cost/commercial pricing division
- The company Planning/supply chain division
- The company dept (quality mgt, claim procedures,..)

3. Requirements
? Master business management, marketing and /or min 6 to 8 years experience in sales/trading of steel products
? Chinese citizen with good English language skills
? Good sense of autonomy, proactive
? Flexible to travel
