Summary: The Marketing & Communication manager reports directly to CMO. She/he will be responsible for: general marketing & PR, brand implementation and communication. She/he will be reporting directly to CMO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. General marketing & pr:
- Set up short term, medium term and long term marketing plan in line with CMO objectives
- Interfaces with Sales & Marketing team to define the needs related to the company product marketing
- Preparation of promotional material: corporate brochures, product catalogues
- Responsible for organization of marketing events: seminars, fairs, inaugurations…
2. Brand implementation:
- Interfaces with the company brand consultant for completion of brand strategy and communication
- Responsible for brand implementation: set up short term, medium term and long term plan
- Responsible for brand protection: put in place training and governance for all the company employees and vendors related to brand protocol
- Procurement of branded articles, promo material
3. Communication:
- Responsible for internal communication: set up internal communication plan for the company and implementation of it
- Interfaces with Hunan communication dept for all internal communication matters (intranet articles, news letters.)
- Interfaces with AM and HV external communication dept for all communication versus external media


Requirements:

Education: Master in Communication Studies and/or Marketing
Experience: min 3 years experience in communication and marketing or strongly related experience

Position requirement / Abilities and Skill
1. Chinese citizen with very good English speaking skills
2. Good sense of organization skills, strong leadership skills
3. Creative skills
