岗位职责：
1、定期客户拜访，了解客户服务需求、用户满意度等信息，并负责跟踪和反馈，维系良好的客户关系；
2、及时转签，续签维保合同，寻找潜在客户，争取获得合同；
3、按合同规定完成服务应收款的收取；
4、分析维保市场，分析竞争对手，及时提供客户信息，每月向主管提交相应的分析、改进报告；
5、开展价值营销，积极推广OM（大包合同）、PA（提价），确保OM%、PA完成并超出预期目标；
6、介入住宅小区设备三方移交工作，为客户关系建立与后期免保转签打下坚实基础；
7、介入VIP/物业客户的日常投诉工作，为投诉的及时处理及提升公司的可信任度提供最大支持。

任职资格：
1、 大学本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上销售相关工作经验，有电梯服务销售经历的优先；
3、 具有较强的沟通和协调能力；
4、 具有较强的市场敏锐度和客户掌控能力；
5、 熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件。
