• General IT Services 总体IT服务
• Provides timely and effective helpdesk service to all local users, including computer hardware and software, operation system and standard software system. 对本地用户提供及时有效的桌面支持（Helpdesk），包括计算机硬件和软件，具体包含操作系统和标准的桌面软件的故障排除和用户问题解答
• Helps with the identification of educational and training requirements and conduct training to assist office personnel in understanding the concepts and functionality of systems being implemented协助明确教育和培训要求并进行培训，帮助办公室工作人员理解所用系统的概念和功能
• Installs and connects computer hardware and software equipment in support of business goals and objectives and aligned with JCI global IT standards. Coordinates preventive maintenance of installed systems安装和连接计算机硬件和软件设备支持业务发展和采用JCI全球IT标准。协调安装系统的预防性维护
• Ensures security and data administration are effectively managed, in accordance with agreed policies按照相关政策确保安全和数据的有效管理
• Interfaces with suppliers, JCI regional and global IT teams to solicit additional assistance / technical expertise as required.联系供应商，JCI地区和全球IT团队获取所需支持/技术

• IT Infrastructure基础设施
• Maintains computer room in an orderly condition, with all equipment and supplies accurately labeled and stacked in proper fashion to facilitate rapid access.保持计算机房整洁有序，所有设备和用品标签准确，堆放有序，便于取用
• Maintains and manages local servers, responsible for daily document backup and share folder management, etc. 维护和管理本地服务器，做好日常备份和共享文件夹管理以及其他工作
• Maintains and manages various network equipment, mainly Cisco switch and LAN维护和管理各种网络设备，主要是Cisco的交换机和本地网路
• Maintains and manages telephone system and other IT equipment, such as printer, scanner, etc. 维护和管理电话系统和其它IT外设，如打印机、扫描仪等

• System Support系统支持
• Provides first line IT system support to plant users, including but not limited to Mfg/Pro, EDI, Shop floor system, Human Resource system and Engineering system. Assists in the continuous development of systems by identifying and defining deficiencies and possible enhancements为工厂用户提供一流的IT系统支持，包括但限于Mfg/Pro、EDI、Shop floor系统、人力资源系统和工程系统。找出和确定其中的不足之处以及可能改进的地方，协助系统的持续开发
• Helps with the identification of educational and training requirements and conduct training to assist plant personnel in understanding the concepts and functionality of systems being implemented协助明确教育和培训要求并进行培训，帮助工厂工作人员理解所用系统的概念和功能

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Computer Science or related preferred.本科或以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先。
• 3 years work experience in IT related function, with at least half year in user support,manufacturing environment preferred.3 年IT相关部门工作经验，至少半年从事用户支持，制造行业优先。
• Windows based operating system 微软操作系统
• Windows based client 微软客户端
• Active Directory 活动目录
• Lotus Notes Notes邮件系统
