岗位职责

---

• 负责注塑新产品的投资预算,为产品的成本测算、产品报价提供依据；
• 负责注塑新产品工艺方案的确定，编制新产品工艺过程流程图、平面布置图；
• 完成设备能力分析及设备、工装清单，提出设备、工装技术要求、进行PFMEA、编制问题清单、PEIL；
• 负责组织产品设计确认阶段的样件试制及试装工作；
• 负责对注塑产品设计阶段新产品的结构性、工艺性、材料及质量进行评审，负责跟踪模具的设计和制造进度；
• 对模修工进行指导，进行模具的维修和保养工作，对注塑模具的维修方案进行评审和确认；
• 对注塑新产品进行生产工艺评审，参与新产品PV阶段和SOP阶段的工作；
• 完成注塑生产单元PPM指标，生产力指标，CI指标等KPI指标；
• 对下级助理制造工程师进行技术上指导。

能力要求

---

• 本科以上学历，塑料成型加工专业；3年以上塑料模具相关工作经验；
• 熟悉注塑加工工艺，能独立进行复杂制品的生产工艺调整和制定相应的工艺文件；
• 能独立分析新产品的加工可行性，能独立完成对复杂的产品设计和工装设计的设计评审；
• 能熟练运用办公软件，掌握AUTOCAD、CATIA和UG；
• 良好的英语沟通能力；
• 良好的沟通能力,责任心强。
