Purpose of position:
Manage and administrate the production team to achieve the operational excellence by excelling in areas of quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction according to plant KPI and operational target.

Responsibilities
1. Overall in charge of the Production, level1& level 2 TPM, Logistics in production, safety etc.
2. Provide leadership to the production department to ensure QCDP objectives are met.
3. Train and manage the people in production team ensuring they are able to do a qualified job.
4. Work as WCM pillar leader and lead the KAIZEN in production area to improve the efficiency, safety, scrap, layout and so on.
5. In charge of the standard in production build , training and improvement.
6. Leading the problem solving in production.
7. Responsible for budgeting and investment for the production-related activities.
8. Other jobs as assigned by the company leader.

Qualifications:
1. College education or above majoring in mechanical or automotive engineering
2. Five years plus working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises, with three years supervisory/managerial experience
3. Practical knowledge and experience of TS 16949,ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 etc.
4. In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing system.
5. Good English, cross communication and presentation skills.
6. Good PC skills of MS-office suites, email and etc.
