岗位职责:
1、按保养进度计划完成保养工作任务，进行现场保养操作，填写保养报告。
2、完成电梯召修工作，协助完成电梯的整改工作。
3、协调用户关系，及时沟通解决用户提出的有关维保质量、故障率等问题。
4、识别工作隐患和危险，采取整改行动，接受质量和安全审查。
5、协助完成维保工地的收款工作。
6、按时参加公司组织的各项专业技能、安全知识等培训。
7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、中专以上学历。
2、电/扶梯安装、维修一年以上工作经验。
3、普通话流利。
4、持有电梯安装/维修特种设备操作证。。
