Quality System Implementation质量体系得执行

Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product and service quality, meets and exceeds customer requirements贯彻执行质量体系，及时处理在产品生产过程中的问题，保证产品和服务质量, 满足甚至超越客户需求

Assists to implement quality system and process audit, and track corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control 按计划协助实施质量体系及过程审核并跟踪改进措施。在工作中积极使用适当的质量改进工具并进行大力推广，促进质量控制方面的改进

Documentation Control文件控制

Completes product quality inspection and control document, 制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件

Production Quality Management产品质量管理

Be responsible for daily production quality management. 负责日常生产线的产品质量管理

Completes and executes product audit policy, continuously improves product craftsmanship 制定并执行产品审核制度，持续提高产品精致工艺

Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools负责产品检具的维护和验证

Customer Complaint Settlement客户投诉解决

Deals with customer complaints, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and regularly communicates with customer 处理客户抱怨，确保及时给予客户反馈，并与客户定期交流

Reporting报告

Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule收集及汇总质量数据，按所确定的周期汇报并制定改进方案

Continuous Improvement 持续提高

Assists to set up and implement process statistic and analysis, continuously improves product quality 协助建立并实施过程统计和分析, 持续改进产品质量

Be responsible for continuously decrease RPPM and CPPM 负责RPPM和CPPM的持续降低

Improves Process Quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高质量制程的竞争力和客户满意度

People Development员工发展

Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识

Assists manager in leading and developing the team协助经理领导和发展团队

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented 通过提供适当的培训，辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估，接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred. 本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
• 5 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred. 5 年质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。
• Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.） 质量管理知识(TS16949, 控制计划，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等)
