Incoming Parts Inspection 来料检验

Completes incoming parts inspection instruction制定来料检验指导书

Sets up related inspection methods, guides相关检验手段的建立

Guides inspector to check the incoming part correctly指导来料检验员对来料进行检验的准确度

Supplier Quality Problems Solving & Improvement 供应商质量问题解决和提高

Inspects incoming parts, analyzes incoming parts quality issues in production对来料检验，生产线发生的来料质量问题进行分析

Establishes and tracks improvement action and constraint action改进措施和遏制措施的制定和追踪

Works with purchasing and materials team, organizes supplier MQR meeting和采购和物料部门配合，组织供应商MQR会议

Deals with returning and claiming for compensation from supplier for reject parts供应商不合格品的退货和相关索赔

Be responsible for continuously decrease of SPPM indicators负责供应商SPPM指标的持续降低

Analyzes supplier quality issues from customer plant and after sales service, judgment of responsibility, improvement of supplier quality issues对于客户现场及售后服务发现的属于供应商质量的问题进行分析,责任判断，供应商问题改进

Supplier Performance Review供应商业绩评估

Be responsible for reporting supplier parts quality, and participates in supplier performance assessment.负责提供供应商供货质量业绩，并参与供应商业绩评估

Continuous Improvement 持续改进

Improves Supplier Quality Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高供应商质量的竞争力和客户满意度

People Development员工发展

Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识

Assists manager in leading and developing the team协助经理领导和发展团队

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)通过提供适当的培训，辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估，接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施 （当有直接下属时适用）

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred. 本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。

5 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred. 5 年质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。

Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.） 质量管理知识（TS16949, 控制计划，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等）
