SUMMARY:

This job is to implement production process in Manufacturing to ensure that the key “Technology transfer” Standard requirements have been adequately addressed. Review project-specific results for learnings, corrective actions,

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leading formula/process related project in Huangpu plant

在工厂内部领导和协调跟配方和工艺相关的项目

2. Support process optimization and improvement

支持工艺优化和改善

3. Trouble solving for the raw material/formula/process related issue

跟进与原材料变化，配方和工艺有关问题.

4. Implement and validate new RMs or new source of RMs.

新原料新产地新供应商的物料实施

5. Coordinate FTG and simplification along with GTC

协调质量部门的FTG和配方简化

6. Ensure BoM maintenance in SAP

保证SAP中BoM的维护

7. Issue batch card/SOP/specification/Raw Substance Purchasing Specification for production

发放批记录表格/配方/SOP/原材料采购标准

8. Validate and qualify process of any new/modified formula

验证所有的新的及修改的工艺和配方

EDUCATION & / OR EXPERIENCE :

1. Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, food engineering, food science

2. Good communication skills: Presentation / Meeting Facilitating / English (spoken & writing)

3. Good Computer Skills

4. Fluent in English

5. More than 2 years process experience and relevant production experience.
