Major responsibility：

1. Lead new in vitro capability development to screen oral care product therapeutic performance;

2. Work with global microbiology team to transfer and setup key microbiology capabilities to meet regional needs;

3. Identify new technology to enhance the oral care product performance and satisfy consumer’s requirement;

4. Develop technical project timeline/ prepare technical bundle for assigned projects with other Colgate technology functions;

5. Implement applicable Corporate Quality Standards and ensure GLP in the laboratory/pilot, and compliance with Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) requirements.

Education and skill requirement：

1. Ph.D. (preferred)/M.S. in microbiology/biology/biochemistry or other related filed;

2. Lab experiences and knowledge for microbiological culture, cell culture, bioassay and immunoassays (such as Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) are highly desired.

3. Strong communication skills in written and oral English;

4. Familiar with office software: word, excel, power point, etc.
