POSITION TITLE: C&B Supervisor / Manager

REPORT TO: (Senior) C&B Manager, Greater China
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: Guangzhou (Tianhe District)

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Provide professional Compensation & Benefits supports to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and compliance with Global Policies, supporting the company becoming the Best Place to Work on Rewards and Recognition area.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Implement the organization’s C&B strategy that is appropriate for their business needs.

2. Monitor salary and benefits budget planning. Ensure the forecasted budget properly reflect business requirement, as well as market movement trend. Keep close tracking with the cost to ensure actual usage within budget and with effectiveness.

3. Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data of the organization. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis result to support business development.

4. Manage annual merit review process to ensure merit budget is equitably allocated among, high performance is properly recognized and rewarded, overall company’s pay level is maintained competitive and cost is controlled within budget.

5. Develop and improve C&B tools to best support HR generalist/Line on C&B analysis of their personnel decisions.

6. Develop communication materials associated with employee compensation issues and conduct communication session to employees to cascade the company’s compensation philosophy.

EDUCATION AND EXPEREICNE:

Education: University Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 4-8 years HR experience with at least 2-3 years dedicated in C&B area
• Familiar with FMCG industry is preferred
• Board compensation knowledge

Competencies:

• Results-oriented, excellent analytical skills
• Excellent execution, drive for result, able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill, able to work with people cross-team/functions
• Good master of data and paying attention to details to ensure data correction, and at the same time, with big picture in mind for strategic and long term implications
• Excellent in operating MS Office software (excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of SAP HR system is preferred but not essential
• Good oral and written English
