SUMMARY:

This job is to generate smart production schedule to balance commercial requirement, maintaining reasonable inventory level and cost level.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop Weekly Plan in Planning System to meet both commercial needs and inventory targets;
2. Weekly review with Supply Planner to firm the weekly production schedule;
3. Review material replenish plan with material planner;
4. Attend Standard Daily Meeting(operation) to review previous day's performance;
5. Facilitate Daily Planning meeting with operation team to make sure good schedule execution;
6. Attend Monthly Business Planning Meeting to understand promotion timeline and highlight potential capacity issue;
7. Arrange/Coordinate EMOs in Focus Factory;
8. Supervise WIP production schedule development;
9. APO and R/3 master data maintenance;
10. Monitor Weekly schedule adherence;
11. Handle all kinds of changes;

EDUCATION /OR EXPERIENCE :
- University degree or above
- Good command of English;
- Strong communication Skills;
- Knowledge on SAP Planning tools is a plus;
