对设备的不足提出合理的改造方案
Continuous improvement equipment status

i对设备的备件进行评估，提出合理的备件清单
Evaluate spare parts risk and provide list based on priority

相关质量体系所要求的文件的整理，归档，并协助相关质量审核及客户审核
Prepare related document linked to TS16949, coordinate related audit

对3班技术员的维修状况进行跟踪，对维修技术员的行为进行监督
Monitor 3 shifts maintenance status, supervise technicians behavior
