职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1. Sales Achievement:
Sales revenue: Invest enough efforts and time into company focused market and customer exploration to ensure company sales goals and strategies could be achieved each year.
Customer satisfaction: through taking effective and timely actions in fields of CRM system he/she is responsible for, ensure continuous 100% satisfaction from all our customers.
2. Debts on hand status meet company objective.
3. Profit Rate to meet company objective
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing Strategies and Activities Implementation
1) Assists the STC business manager to collect market information in terms of industrial trend, market needs, product, customer as well as competitors so as to well design marketing strategies.
2) Assists the STC business manager to implement approved marketing strategy.
2. Air-Tec focused Customer Relationship exploration, maintenance and development
1) Sales forecast: Assist the STC Business Manager to work out market needs forecast as scheduled based on customer needs and industrial trend analysis. Assist the STC Business Manager to make duly revision of forecast on a month basis to ensure accurate sales forecast and material requirement forecast.
2) Customer communication: Manages customer visiting and calling as per preset schedule to maintain good customer relationship and obtaining sales opportunities. .
3) Participates in engineering department meeting, make sure the product launch is meeting the customer requirement.
4) Customer satisfaction survey: conduct the survey to customer on a preset schedule; make analysis and report based on the customer feedback.
3. Market intelligence collection
1) Actively collect the customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, design features etc.
2) Actively collect the information of international economic, political, social, and legal and cultural forces specific to China market that brings direct and indirect impact upon market share attainment and retention in both short run and long run.
4. Credit Control
1) Understand credit control policies and procedures and follow them well.
2) Keeps good communication with financial department staff regarding customer credit status so that financial department can make a reasonable credit control line.
3) Assists accounting staffs to collect outstanding account receivable.
Qualifications:
(Limit your answer to 5 to 10 statements of important requirements)
1. Above college degree with marketing or engineering background.
2. At least 3 years’ sales experience in manufactory with proof of sound
performance.
3. Good knowledge in Air compressor industry and relative sales channel is
preferable.
4. Good written and spoken English and PC skills.
