岗位职责Job Description
1.在客户前台办公室负责订单跟踪
2.直接与客户沟通，回答客户提出的问题
3.提供以下信息：生产流程中的订单状况，预计的发货和到货日期
4.制定行动计划为销售提供方向，并向物流部门提出要求
5.与物料分配，调度，运输等部门进行内部协调沟通
6.与销售部门进行内部协调沟通
1.Customers front office for order follow up
2.Answer in direct link to costumer
3.Giving information about: order situation in the production flow, previsions of shipping and deliveries dates.
4.Work on action plan proposal to direction of sales for logistical claims
5.Intern interfaces material allocation, scheduling, transportation
6.Interface with sales
任职资格：Requirements
1.本科及以上学历，具有生产计划，调度或者物流等相关专业背景
2.应届毕业生或有一定工作经验者皆可
3.中英文听说读写流利
4.富有团队精神，思维开放，乐意学习，具有解决问题的技能，抗压能力强，人际关系好
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in production planning, scheduling or logistic
2. With or without first work experience
3. Very good English and Mandarin (speaking and writing)
4. Open minded, wish to learn, problem solving skills, stress resistance capacity, good relationship skill

vama will focus on the automotive market of china, and strives to supply safer and more environmental-friendly high-end automotive steel for the production in the local market. upon completion, vama covers a large range of automotive steel products including those for visible, structural parts, chassis parts and wheels of automobiles. in the future, vama’s output will radiate the northeast region centered by shenyang and changchun, north china centered by beijing, east china centered by shanghai, south china centered by guangzhou, central china centered by changsha and wuhan, and the southwest china centered by chongqing and chengdu.
