Position Title: Supply Planning Specialist

Work Location: Xiamen

Reports to: Supply Planning Team Leader

要求英文流利，物料或采购或需求或供应计划经验3年以上。厦门工作。

Job Details

Job purpose

Responsible for the overall supply planning activities in China and China Hong Kong, including the material planning, procurement, and providing the supply chain support to the external/internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

DO

ü Implement the daily material planning activities, analysis the lead time variance between the planning data and the actual lead time, provide the effective feedback to make the supply planning data to be more accurate

ü Conduct the purchasing activities, manage the vendor performance and work with the vendor to improve the supply for the material

ü Work with the global material planner to solve any urgent/critical case

ü Provide the logistics support on the sales order handling, including but not limited to contract delivery terms review, supply chain related issue support….

ü Monitor the Logistics KPI and take the proactive action to achieve the target

OVERSEE

ü Can perform the Import/Export Compliance checking and training

ü Contribution on process improvement and productivity program

EXPECTATION

ü 3~5 year working experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain or Procurement

ü Good communication skill, fluency in English speaking, reading and writing

ü Education: bachlor or the above

ü Experience of SAP or other ERP system

ü Good at Microsoft office software, i.e. Excel, Access and Powerpoint….
