Main Accountabilities:
1. Sales Achievement: Monitor the achievement of regional sales target in different dimensions; category, channel, region, distributor, sales person, sales drivers (GGG). Facilitate teams to provide solutions for regional business leadership team to resolve any gaps in sales plan. Ensure that the achievement of the sales results are in line with the business requirements and delivers both growth targets and also profitability.
2. Efficiency of Results
a. Sales Promotion Activities: Support the TM team in gaining quality information regarding promotional activities in the market.
b. Sales Model: Support Sales team to implement sales model to ensure higher level of quality in the information in systems. Roll-out tools developed by central BD and SOP team for sales teams to use to execute efficiency programs of OTM, DPM and Chains.
c. Sales Operations: Maintain and develop operation service level - quality, speed, accuracy: logistics’ – processing and model development, information & data, payment & AR, stock, forecasting, customer rebate evaluation and sales team incentive calculation. To do this will need to operate the business’s information system – feedback to central team for develop the roadmap to ensure upgrade and considering the functional team efficiency upgrade.
d. Sales Training: Supports the Training team in providing quality information on team performance in the market.
3. Business systems, process’s & information: Maintain the current systems and processes in the business:
• SOP Information system,
• Trade Marketing Process’s, Trade Marketing system & reporting,
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports.
Develop the roadmap to operate and upgrade current systems and process where appropriate in line with business model upgrades. To ensure a deeper understanding of our business / partners business and provide greater insight for future growth by implementing:
• Integrated Secondary Sales System for sales team
• Distributor Management system for DT management
• OTM tools – potential calculation tool, Sales team routing tool, Sell-in Record tools
• DPM tools – route to market model evaluation tool, partner modelling tools.
Ensure the integrity of the data in system’s maintained and take action on any differences found.

4. Capability Building: Work closely with regional training team and other functional teams to outline gaps in the business and provide solutions via the functional expertise in information and business operations. Ensure that these solutions are prioritized in line with the business needs and cover the scope of Field Sales, Chain Sales and Sales Capability Functions.
5. Market Dynamic’s: Closely monitors the market trends and provide the business with any updates requiring attention.
Requirements:
- Good Data Analyzing Skills and accurate working style
- Good computer application skills ( Office, Access, ERP- BO/BPCS is a plus)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- At least 5 years of sales operation management experience;
- 2 or above years of people management experience;
- Sales experience is a plus
