1．PURPOSE

Performs daily accounting process in RTR (Record-to-Report) and S&F (Statutory & Fiscal) cycle, oversee the completion of GL/Tax accounts for responsible business / sector.

3、PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

1) Familiar with the new China tax regulations, perform & ensure monthly and yearly tax declaration and all the tax related booking are correct and timely

2) Ensure the tax treatment of oversea non-trade payments/income are reasonable

3) Good tax process controlling within company and maintain good relationship with tax authorities

4) Verify compliance with accounting standards and regulations (PAP, IFRS, local regulations).

5) Maintain control, allocation, recording and physical verification processes for both Philips and PRC fixed assets.

6) Act as contact window of Chengdu branch for AP and expense related tasks

7) Tax filing for Chengdu branch

8) Complete Internal Controls work in accordance with the Internal Control Standard (ICS) tool on a timely and accurate basis

9) Support internal/ external audit

10) Assist Key Account Manager/Financial Controller to resolve unforeseen issues in GL process

11) Other related finance and accounting activities.

4、MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战

To assist business/sector in meeting MEC & reporting deadlines, enhance efficiency, implement effective controls to minimize risks in Tax aspects of operations and comply with ICS.

5、JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

a) Education学历: Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance discipline

b) Experience工作经验: Min. 3-5 years relevant working experience in MNC with 2 years in GL/reporting

c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

- With professional knowledge in finance/Tax and accounting.

- Flexibility and problem solving skills

- Initiative, motivation and ability to work independently

- English reading and writing skills

- Experience in computerized accounting systems, good PC skills especially Excel

- Effective communication skill

- Team work spirit
