岗位职责
1.负责市场部的各项目营销管理工作；
2.积极提升各个项目营销的业务能力；
3.构建良好的团队合作氛围；
4.为公司开发项目提供优秀的全程策划方案并推动落实实施。
任职资格：
1.大学专科以上；
2.具有自销或自销团队管理经验；具备多项目操作实战经验；
3.通晓相应的房地产专业知识及房地产开发常识，掌握有关经济政策及相关知识，具备数据统计；
4.分析的基础知识，了解一定的设计规范、熟悉房地产营销管理的基本流程及内容；
5.工作认真细致，有良好的团队合作精神及较强的沟通能力，能独立完成项目定位研究报告，对开发项目进行综合定位和投资分析。
