Responsibilities:
1.Screen the market and look for opportunities based on company Sales Strategy.
2.Develop and execute a regional aggressive sales and business development action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business targets in China in auto and adjacent sectors.
3.Identify all business development opportunities in strategic auto clients of the region & map out the opportunities to present to Corporate Management;
4.Lead the complete sales process, starting with setting up new relationships, preparing offers and concepts presenting and arguing at the customers and finally lead the contract negotiations.
5. To assist other ad-hoc issues assigned by Sr. BD Director that relates to the business development function.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor with a minimum of 8 years sales experience in a professional environment, engineering profile and experience in auto sector is preferred;
2.Experience in selling technical services is also preferred;
3.Good command of both written English and oral English;
4.Excellent negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills;
5.Self-motivated and able to work against ambitious targets;
6.Strong personality to approach the Management Levels at the customers.
