Main Responsibilities：
1.Acquire good knowledge on E&C’s proprietary reformer and conversion technologies, with focus on reformer, associated coal handling principles, associated waste water technologies, and associated gas treatment technologies.
2.Constantly gather and evaluate reformer technology intelligence from market, in coordination with local Sales and Marketing.
3.Give technical support to local Sales.
4.Be able to answer technical questions from client.
5Have ownership in defining basis of design, in coordination with local and global Techno function as well as with client.
6.Scope is focused on coal mining, coal market, coal handling, reformer, waste water treatment.
7.Organize and coordinate coal sampling and analysis.
8.Coordinate with proposal management (SSPD), coordinate with estimating, coordinate with engineering.
9.Techno-economic evaluation and optimization of process schemes.
10.Manage suppliers in Chinese market suitable for mentioned technologies, maintain overview and keep up with status-quo.
11.Evaluation of process schemes.
12.Involve in process integration.
13.Be technology point of contact during execution.
14.Coordinate work packages or queries with respective stake-holders and technology owners.
15.Manage assigned work packages with local process execution.
16.Manage and ensure implementation of relevant standards applicable to technologies.
Requirements：
1.Education: MASTER Level in Technical Field (Chemical or Mechanical process engineering)
2.Coal mining/handling experience and background, maybe with coal science degree, also recommended.
3.Working Experience: min 8 years.
4.Expertise / Skills: principles of chemical engineering, principles of economics, knowledge of Chinese coal and/or chemical market recommended, knowledge of Chinese equipment manufacturing market recommended.
5.Personal Attributes: willingness to travel (domestic and international, also long term up to 3 months), open to other people, good interpersonal communication skills, self-active and self-responsible, able and willing to manage other people.
