职位描述
I. RESPONSIBILITY
? Own BU level pricing projects - Support development of key BU pricing strategy;
? Leverage CVP model to work with BU driving new products pricing development;
? Frame customer segmentation that support better product and service postioning and value realisation;
? Create and deploy new "go-to-market" approaches to adapt to the healthcare changing environment;
? Lead monitoring and measuring price & promotion effectiveness;
? Perform regular channel margin analysis and lead on-site penetration of distributor cost structure together with BU Fin, BU MKT/Sales;
? Conduct comprehensive PVM analysis and effective review with each BU Finance BP and MKT influencing decision-making;
? Guide tender pricing - create customized action plans to improve the tender pricing process across national and support tender pricing preparation for key BU;
? Conduct trainings to MKT/sales teams on pricing knowledge/tools (Cognos) and processes;
? Support line manager in other pricing projects when needed.
II. KEY QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree in Business Management / Marketing / Finance or related major from recognized universities;
? With Minimum 7-8 year working experience in MNC companies and 3-4 year pricing experience in Medical or trading environment is preferred;
? Excellent business accruement and commercial judgment;
? Strong analytical ability to understand market dynamics, identify business needs, and to summarize large amounts of data into simple and direct messages;
? Self-motivated and result oriented;
? Strong communication/presentation skills;
? Strong interpersonal skills;
? Fluent Mandarin and English;
? Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP
