职位描述
Responsible for the persons who have to work under his leadership, give clear orders to them, check the working methods and results, give advice to them and coach them into active problem solving , Responsible for the planning and achieving the objectives, figures and budgets in his working field, realization of the total quality strategy based on the ISO 9000, ensures re-certification on ISO 9000 and customer supplier assessments, organization of a clear structure of the department, definition of transparent rules for the staff, promote continuous improvements of working methods and problem solving
Essential Duties and Responsibilities(list details) :
1. Preparation of the ISO manual, keep it up-to-date and change or add rules dependent on company developments
2. Organize internal audits and check if all the rules of the company are accepted in case of non acceptance organize corrective actions
3.Continuously gives reports about quality situation to GM and make proposals for improvements
4.Meets with other managers to analyze the quality situation in their departments
5.Checks the quality of incoming goods and decide if they can be used or not
6.In case of non quality work with logistic department and support them to improve the Supplier quality
7.Organizes a good statistic and prepare proposals to the logistics department who of our suppliers can be ‘preferred supplier’ and who should be replaced
8.Analyze the complete process of development and production to find weaknesses
9.Check the reasons of these weaknesses and make proposals to improve the situation
10. Give quality targets to every department and check the level of improvements
11. Organize a monthly quality report with a clear analysis and proposals and actions to improve weaknesses
12. Implement visual management in the workplace to show:
-Out-of control processes with proposed actions to improve
-Teams/persons with bad results (especially for longer time)
14. Contact with quality and project managers of our customers to handle new projects together
15. Information about the reliability of our products in work/continuous discussion with our customers
16. Preparation of inspections, tests, FAI’s including customer communication
17. Calibration and measurement check of important gauges and instruments
18. Engage with product engineering on quality improvements during design and development stage
Qualifications:
1. BA or BS degree in engineering, or any other manufacturing related technical discipline preferred.
2. 10 – 15 years of experience working in the field of quality management or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in management level position.
3. Be a hands-on person, active, a do-er, capable of leading by example, taking initiative, problem solver. Not just delegating.
4. Strong written and oral English capability is preferred.
5. 6 sigma, lean knowledge is an advantage
