Responsibilities:

1. In charge of three classic oncology products and infusor which is the device to deliver the drug for various therapy. Major jobs include marketing plan for all the products, training to the sales team and distributors, key marketing event design and implementation, KOL management, communication with global team for various collaboration projects.

2. Work with commercial team for distributor management

3. Work with commercial and supply chain team for inventory management

4. Work with RA team for product licenses management

5. Work with Strategic Initiative team for some early stage of new product entrance evaluation including marketing research, business case building, cross function department communication, etc.

6. Work with FS ICS MKT, CS, HCU and IS Sales team to implement key marketing programs

7. Effective communication with internal and external customers to get their insights, feedback, constructive suggestions and comments;

8. Data & market information collection and analysis

9. Report to Marketing Director



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above with science, business, medical or pharmacy major; MBA is a preference

2. 2-4 years proven track record on sales experiences

3. At least 5 years and above of product management and marketing experiences

4. Good communication, influence, and interpersonal skills;

5. Good negotiation skill and good financial & business analysis skills

6. Good computer skills and English language skills (listen, talk, read and write).
