DIGITAL SUPERVISOR
Basic Functions
?Drive execution of web projects and managing day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives.
?Projects will span managing brand site and coordinating marketing support for multiple e-commerce sites.
?Work with and manage external vendors as necessary to achieve objectives.
?Setup electronic direct mailer program, including brand news, updates, and announcements; and measure performance and KPI’s for analyzing efficiency (data feeds, database hygiene, email templates, translation integrations, automated email setup, web analytics integration, etc.).
?Manage email schedules and overall planning for enhancements to regional email program as a subset of the overall online marketing plan.
?Serve as project manager for email marketing plan, interpreting the global strategy, and understanding brand guidelines / strategic initiatives to best communicating stories to our local consumers.
?Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure that relevant information and stories are being communicated.
?Develop, monitor, and expand social media initiatives across multiple platforms to promote the brand, while exploring new emerging platforms for future consideration.
?Manage concept development and campaign execution for all social media promotions / give-aways.
?Utilize social media in real time to effectively publicize brand “breaking news / activities” to our online audience.
?Create engaging, thought-provoking content for daily posting and identify emerging relevant topics to promote the brand.
?Identify and communicate with key influencers who can contribute to brand authenticity and create higher awareness amongst our target consumer.
?Manage social media accounts utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices / keyword feeds to maximize impressions within target consumer base.
?Develop monthly reports monitoring trends and measuring performance against agreed upon KPI’s.
?Monitor all social media for feedback; communicating with PR team to avoid negative stories and working with sales to improve and/or evolve future content and marketing support online.
?Manage the development of emerging media channels to gain a competitive advantage in the digital space and amplify word of mouth, including social media, paid social and digital advertising, paid search, mobile development, online video.
?Manages the social media landscape for brand monitoring all platforms and user generated content to ensure appropriate content is effective for communications within each channel.
?Responsible for website design and execution including the use URL landing pages and portals for all products and services.
?Develop analytics and tracking to measure cost per lead and cost per sale down to a campaign level across all products and activities.
