Job Summary 职位概要:
Build the manufacturing engineering team, and lead the team to design new process, improve existing process, roll out lean manufacturing strategy with all elements and also implement automation plan, upgrade tooling capability.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Build the manufacturing engineering team, upgrade the competency of existing team members; set up manufacturing engineering management system and follow up to implement it.
2. Lead the team to design new process internally or introduce new process according to the best practice from market leaders, and guide engineers to upgrade the capability in this area.
3. Integrate PFMEA or other relative quality tools into process design or process improvement, improve the quality of process working instruction, and ensure that be fully implemented on a sustainable basis.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, facilitate relative parties to join continuous activities; assign improvement target to respective team or personnel, and regular follow up its progress.
5. Upgrade the technical level of tooling design, and also tooling fabrication capability. So as to improve the overall tooling quality.
6. Promote preventive maintenance for both tooling and equipment, and set up a system to manage relative activities to be sustainable.
7. Set up plan and implement it to roll out lean manufacturing, provide or organize training to relative person, lead regular Kaizen activities. Identify lean improvement opportunities and closely follow up the implement of it, so as to meet lean cost saving and HC reduction goal on time.
8. Enhance automation capability, improve automation implementation efficiency, reduce projects lead time, so as to meet automation cost saving and HC reduction goal on time.
9. Set up a system to measure standard working time and maintain it in a good shape; regularly update standard time according to the outcome of any lean automation projects.
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. At least 12 years working experience and minimum 5 years on similar management position with similar team size.
2. More than 5 years solid experience in manufacturing engineering leadership position.
3. Familiar at lean six sigma quality tools, eg, VSA, Cell design, Visual Management, TPM, QFD, FMEA, Fish-bone… are essential.
4. Solid experience on lean manufacturing rolling out.
5. Innovative, strong passion, team player and also a team leader.
6. Result orientated and also self-driven.
7. Engineering on automation is preferred.
8. Open, honest and trustable with good communication skill.
9. Fluent in writing English, and prefer on oral.
