POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide technical support and trainings on sales and marketing activities, client’s projects implementation and problem solving with the objective of increasing sales wins and client satisfaction, as well as promoting company brand and image within sales and marketing strategy and manager's supervision.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the strategy the Railway application & drive application platform solution and align with global marketing;
- Drive to build internal resource to support to execute strategy;
- Drive to develop metro customers by application.
- Drive key application market share growth and pipeline growth
- Focus major Railway makers in China to build application solution
- Drive the development for application promotion related sales tools;
- Support marketing activities
- The success of this position will be measured by the following KPIs:
- Pipeline conversion success
- Sales & Engineering Opportunities
- Own the application strategy, Quarterly update about application (strategy, trends, competitors)
- Market activities and technical support
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree preferred in Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science
- 5+ Years' experience working in related industry will be preferred.
- Used be marketing manager or supervisor, key account manager, regional sales manager, senior Product manager; business development, and market development, etc.
- Served for Railway market / customers over 3 years, as major suppliers or major sub-system suppliers;
- Strong execution and driving and influence others,
- Skilled use office software such as PPT, Excel, Word, Etc
- Good command of English
