职位描述
MISSION
(Why the position exists)
1. Implement =S= industrial strategy/rule to realize OCP projects from lab functionality to volume production with good performance of manufacturability/quality/cost
2. Manage & evaluate electronic supplier according to =S= SSQM for continuous improvement
(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)
1. Output professional and valuable DFM deliverable to R&D for high performance of manufacturability/quality/cost
2. Define PCBA manufacture strategy/process flow& specification
3. Work with quality people to make out main quality deliverables (DFMEA, Quality control plan)
4. Manage project PCB/PCBA prototype making in supplier
5. Provide PCBA/PCB process support to transfer and localization projects
6. Provide training to =S= employee on PCB/PCBA process
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation
Job Related Experience:
At least 5 years experience in electronic industry and at least 2 years professional experience in PCBA industrial domain (not total 5 year, but 2 years in this area.)
Business Understanding:
- Good at PCBA process, Design for manufacturing, experience in PCBA/PCB manufacturing, know some tools of DFM
- Knowledge in PCBA process design. =>important, not only know the process, but also know why is this process?
- Good understanding of quality data, and PCBA mfg KPI, green belt of six sigma is preferred
- Certain experience of PCB fabrication technology is preferred
- Knowlodge of electronic component: industrial constraints in PCBA manufacturing process
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent oral English, be good at English writing
