职位描述/ Job Description:
区域内直营或加盟店铺的销售管理Sales Management of Branch Shops or Partner Shops.
省级销售区经理的岗位职责 Responsibilities of PSM
1) 确保区域内直营店、加盟店的销售工作顺利进行!销售指标的100%完成!Make sure the daily work of shops goes well and complete the sales target.
2) 根据年指标,负责区内销售团队的组建、培训!Responsible for rebuilding and training sales team according to yearly target.
3) 对公司各项方针、政策、标准、流程在直营店、加盟店的执行情况负责。Responsible for implementation status of policies, standard, procedure carried in branch shops and partner shops.
4) 确保加盟客户按质、按时地实现店铺工作计划。Make sure the partners finish daily work of shops well and in time.
5) 对自营店、加盟店的销售任务、培训结果、陈列状况负责。Responsible for sales assignment, training results and display in branch shops and partner shops.
6) 对周边市场需调研的内容准确性负责,同时维护好商场招商关系。Responsible for exact content of the Market investigation and maintain friendly relationship with staffs of hypermarket.


Mission
Under the responsibility of the PM, the PSM has the following missions:
To ensure the sales target can be reached or even broke.
To help the growing up of sales team.
To push the carry out of company policy.
To help partner stores grow up with company development.
The PSM is an expert in his/her field: he/she should push the smooth going of stores & target accomplishment by well organization & management of CM&CT team.

Retailing and distribution have been in our blood since the creation of Vetimod in 1981. Today, through its brands, Cache-Cache, Patrice Bréal, Scottage, Bonobo,Morgan and Lacity, the Group reaches 50,000 customers a day.
