Expectations of Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.The candidate should be a Go-getter, Self driven, Smart, and having atleast 1-2 yrs experience in the sales of Capsicum 1% and 2%. (Oleoresin capsicum sales)
2.Task would be achievement of targeted sales numbers.
3.Customer visits, potential assessment, sales follow up, & front end customer service.
4.Logistics & transportation while product arrivals, and diverting to customers based on requirements etc.
5.Technical skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Qualification : University education.
Experience : Capsicum 1% and 2% sales experience of 1-2 years
Would be reporting to a Chinese boss. However, knowledge of English is desirable.
　　Willingness to travel, pro-active and ready to accept tasks with enthusiasm.
　　Would visit Suzhou once in 3 months. Other time would be in the base location.
　　 Salary : 30,000 RMB/Year (depending upon exp & skill sets) + Bonus based on sales.
　 Will not be a constraint for the right candidate
Age : 20-25 years
Preferably Male candidate (Female candidates with relevant exp will also be considered) Strictly Chinese nationals only.
