Job Responsibility 工作职责:
1.根据每日生产计划，组织人员，物料等资源执行生产任务。
2.优化生产，提高生产效率，减少人员浪费。
3.识别生产中的工艺，设备，人员异常，减少报废率。
4.确保生产时及时记录相关的数据。
5.负责生产线的TPM，5S状况，实现标准化管理。
6.负责落实企业各项生产安全制度，经常开展安全检查，确保安全生产。
7.管理并教育下属遵守劳动纪律，工艺文件，质量要求。
8.员工请假的批准，绩效的考核及评比。
9.控制车间的非生产物料的费用消耗，制定并执行可操作性成本控制措施。
10.协同物料部解决原材料和产品的出库和入库，已经生产计划达成的跟踪。
11.协调解决生产中出现的设备，物料，质量，工艺等问题。

Requirement 要求:
1.专科及以上学历，机械，生产管理，工业工程等专业。
2.熟悉基本的英语。
3.至少三年以上制造业工作经验，以及两年的生产主管工作经历。
4.熟悉5S, TPM, ISO等基本生产制造知识。
5.有优秀的沟通协调及团队领导能力。
6.优秀的工作主动性及执行能力。
