ROLE:
Responsible for leading the business operation of several SBUs in Hangzhou. This position is chartered with the development and implement of business plans that would help achieve product line goals and assure future business growth. This would include coordination, cooperation, management and leadership of various activities and resources in Hangzhou.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist President and oversee the production operation of Subordinate SBUs to ensure the achievement of business target and service quality and on the meanwhile fulfill accreditation requirements
Oversee annual forecasts/targets, budgets and manpower plans
Cooperate with Chief Engineering Office to manage technical development, introduce new services as well as create new values to existing services to assure sustainable growth and competitive advantages
Manage client relationship, work closely with Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and assure revenue & profitability
Partner and coordinate with relevant business units to find out solutions and improve the certification process
Create an environment to encourage and ensure common vision & approach
Develop, establish and maintain a high level of business relationship with internal and external partners for daily business and future growth
Manage and raise staff morale, develop talents and successors for continuous growth needs in Hangzhou

Ability to work well under pressure
Organized and detail oriented, ability to analyze and solve problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team work spirit and ability to motivate and empower people
Ability to manage various relationships effectively
Excellent leadership skills, big vision views, and strong business acumen
Ability to forecast revenue, profitability, and margin
Fluent in spoken & Written Chinese and English

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Management, and etc.
Min. 12 years experience in disciplines such as engineering, testing and certification industry
With 5 years experience at managerial level
