A. Main Purpose of the Role:
1.Develop Verification Plan for medical product
2.Perform verification testing & track product problem
3.Develop Verification Report for medical product
4.Provide procedure and technical training to new engineers

B. Key Areas of Accountability:
1.Develop Verification Plan (include but not limited to: )
- Review product requirement specification and clearly understand each requirement in requirement specification documentation
- Estimate resource (manpower and capital) requirement for certain amount of verification work
- Understand the analysis of hazardous impact of medical product to different personnel (patient, operator, etc...)
- Develop test case per each requirement in requirement specification documentation
- Schedule test case review meeting with relevant parties
2.Perform verification testing & track product problem (include but not limited to: )
- Setup test environment per Verification Plan
- Execute each test case on test bays
- Log defect to defect management tool
- Update test cases’ execution result to test case management tool
- Attend defect review meeting and join team to analyze defect impacts to test deliverables
3.Develop Verification Report (include but not limited to: )
- Draft verification report in the end of each beta cycle
- Schedule verification report review meeting with relevant parties
- Get verification report approved in Agile system
4.Provide procedure and technical training to new engineers (include but not limited to: )
- Understand all procedures which are deployed in R&D department
- Understand all technical knowledge which are required for medical products’ verification
- Present above knowledge to new engineers when they are onboard

C. Education and Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2. At least 5 years’ experience in product’s verification position
3. Medical products’ experience is much preferred
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with different functions, e.g. System, Physics, SW, etc...
5. Knowledge of the V-model development cycle
6. ISTQB foundation certification is a plus
7. Good knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal)
