Description:
Analyze the requirements with the customer, determine the strategy for the proposal and evaluates the feasibility.
Contributes to know-how exchange through Knowledge Management.
Contribute to developing/improving policies, standards, core processes and evaluation principles
Contribute to development of project by participating in workshops and organizing PR and Marketing events
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree with focus on equivalent technical background

Working experience:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar field，at least 2 years project management experience,
potentially backed-up with relevant qualifications in industry-standard project management
techniques
Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems
Proven performance in foreign funded projects is a plus
Good English and local language skills
PC Skills
Good communication skills and business awareness
Management aptitude (communication, leadership, decision making)
