Responsibilities:

1. Handles and takes the responsibilities of the engineering technology documents of products.
2. Manages team for design the inspection points of the products to meet the engineering specification and implement error prove technology into manufacturing process. Participate in redesigns of the products to fulfill the requirements in the market.
3. Modifies the technology data of product according to actual situation of manufactory, realize and transfer relevant changing to the department.
4. Works in a team to localize the products, including material, parts, components, deeper production etc. Fully execute company’s localization plan and related product strategy.
5. Works the new products transfer into the mass production in cooperation with Eaton different locations, departments to follow up Pro-launch process.
6. Organizes the product audit to make sure that the production must be with Chinese regulations.
7. Works with OPEX team to design the process and layout of the production lines and meets the main requirement, such as safety, productivity and quality.
8. Analyze product costs and sponsor engineering related cost reduction projects.
9. Gives technical support to the other department and train operators if necessary. Coordinates the product management, project management and develops staff.
10. Solves daily product problem quickly which follow the established process and maintain MBOM effectively.
11. Works with quality team to deal with customer quality issue and root cause analysis activities.
12. Participates as a core member of the operation leader team to involve in the Eaton Business Excellence (EBE) assessment process and pass EBE audit.
13. Increase the organizational capability of MV/LV assembly and MV components engineering and technical personnel.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electric or mechanical or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience as the engineering manager in power distribution and control products industry, such as middle voltage components, assembly or low voltage assembly product.
3. Have the experience of product design and process, quality control and project management.
4. Results orientated, strong responsibility sense & professional attitude.
5. Excellent interpersonal skill and personal leadership.
6. Basic English verbal communication skill and strong in Computer skill (preferred also CAD – System).
