POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Auto BU’s China Marcomm team, HR and other functions to drive an integrated internal communications strategy to increase awareness and understanding of business vision, growth strategy, values and key imperatives as well as engage and energize employees
• Work closely with other functions in plants, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs such as townhall meeting, employee recognition and employees activities etc.
• Develop internal communications digital collaterals such as newsletter, ad-hoc notice, posters etc.
• Manage online platforms such as sharefolder, teamsite and intranet etc
• Manage, maintain and archive all internal communications materials and resources whenever possible

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in related field (PR, Media, Communications, and Journalism) required; advanced degree would be an advantage;
• Very good Chinese and English writing skills required
• Minimum of 3 years in MNC corporate communications experience required;
• Strong people skills ability for working with all levels of the organization; experience in working with vendors – agencies, editors, photographers, designers, printers; strong work ethic
• Has strong desire and ability to self learning new knowledge
