职位描述：



1. 带领销售团队并教导代表：

－ 完成区域销售目标

－ 有能力和领导力发展团队人员

－ 管理下属并对其业绩有清晰策略和绩效考核；

2. 培养区域客户忠诚度，并有效进行大客户管理；

3. 在区域内有效执行市场项目提高腹透认知度和临床腹透技术水平；

4. 遵守公司商业道德与合规，合理利用资源拓展市场和业务；

5. 协同商务和政府事务团队工作（包括招标，政策推广等活动）做好市场准入。



职位要求：

1. 临床医学，护理或医药相关专业本科学历；

2. 2年以上外资医药公司销售管理经验；

3. 有大客户管理和掌控能力，良好的沟通力；

4. 较强的市场分析能力和独立处理紧急事件的能力；

5. 工作积极主动，有责任感；

6. 个性开朗豁达，工作中积极创新，有活力。



Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the sales team and coach AS/AE:

a. Drive sales team to meet and exceed annual business targets;

b. Have a strong willing and capability to develop people;

2. To create and maintain strong customers intimacy and interact with national &local opinion leaders;

3. Implement tailored Marketing program in Gansu to Improved PD awareness and capability in clinical practice in targeted market;

4. Work out local sales initiatives to accelerate business growth according to field situation;

5. Manage area OPEX and all sales behaviors to optimize the resources and process;

6. Work with Commercial/GA team to set up tender strategy & distribution strategy and implement;

7. Keep close communication with all relevant departments to make sure the SOP would be complied.



Requirements:

1. University degree; preferred major in clinical or medical field;

2. At least Three years experience for sales team management;

3. Aggressive business attitude and a proven track record of driving sales;

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

5. Established KOL/hospital network in Gansu will be a plus;

6. Good computer skills and English language skills.
