职位描述：

1.开关电源及大功率电力电子变换器高功率密度，高效率研究；

2.新技术研发及应用，研发专案规划执行，达成专案目标；

3.与合作部门沟通、协调、及时调整目标和进度，满足合作部门要求；

4.遵守公司研发工作流程，及时整理文档，汇报工作。

任职要求：

1.熟悉开关电源基本原理，有较强的电路分析能力和实验能力；

2.对PWM控制、电磁元件设计、热设计有一定了解；

3.有很强的逻辑思维能力和团队意识；

4.有大功率系统设计经验者优先。
