职位描述
Responsibility:
- To ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers;
- To follow through the sales orders from execution to payment;
- Prepare Sales Quotation including price calculation; Release Sales order, Record Sales order;
- Follow up customers’ enquiry related to sales quotation and tendering issue.
- Follow up goods receipt with customer; Follow up payment schedule with customers; Chase customers payment; Handle customer credit search; Handle customer’s enquiry;
- Chase principals for direct sales commission; Prepare manual documents for L/C payment collection;
- Chopping for signed sales contract and filling the signed contracts.
- Deliver VAT invoice and follow up missing VAT invoice.
- Create and maintain product master; create and maintain price list;
- Manage daily summary for Goods dispatch; handle goods packing for delivery; handle oracle for goods picking and confirmation; Confirm the shipment to customer;
- Update work-in-progress schedule;
- Record Trading AP invoice and Monitor trading Account Payable; Update AR action plan and watch list; Notify GFA for AR settlement; Handle petty cash;
- Fixed assets taking; Prepare requisition of fixed assets and stationery;
Request:
- Bachel or degree.
- 3 years or above experience of customer service or sales coordinator, with prior working experience in industrial product or technical service is an advantage.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English & Mandarin
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Oracle operation is an advantage.
- Independently, well-organized, responsible and good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of incoterms.
- Able to work under pressure and meet the dealine.
- Customer oriented with good service attitude.
