This position requires solid management skills to fulfill the role of supporting growing IT needs of Faurecia China Center Zone, which includes but not limited to manage and coordinate technical projects; manage relationships internally (plants, GIS community) and externally (partners,…).

The key missions are:
? Lead & Manage IT project in CN Center (FCS, MES, Infrastructure rollout, L2/l3 support) coordinate with GIS share services and Competence centers. In collaboration wih all parties, communicate, animate, manage the team and customers to ensure the ownership of the system
? Ensure complete support chain is provided to end user, by ensuring technical and functional support, applying GIS standards (hw, sw, Security policy, licence control, inventory, …)
? Ensure users satisfaction and ownership towards their IT tools in order to maintain the quality of services provided by IT department. If needed, prepare the necessary solutions (training plans, procedures, users documentations or any other tools).
? Manage the LIT members of his team: objectives and results. All team members must have Objectives reviews twice a year and individual review once a year.
? Elaborate and follow up the IT Budget of his zone; Consolidate the budget and ensure quarterly follow-up
? Relationship Management to the Plant is essential.


Qualifications:
Ideal candidate should has / be :
? Degree in information technology or equivalent professional experience
? Fluent English
? Very good written and oral communication skills
? Good co-ordination and management skills to manage local IT responsible, external service providers and to co-ordinate with the central IT team
? Hands-on experience of IT applications, especially at Infrastucture, ERP, Production, EDI domains
? Proven domain on ERP Support on Manufacturing domain
? Working experience in Automobile industrial prefered
