1.POSITION: Regional Trade Marketing Manager
2.DIVISION: ANI
3.FUNCTION: PND_Trade
4.REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Director
5.NO. OF DIRECT REPORTS: 2
6.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: University Graduation or above
7.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Four Main Responsibilities:
Job Weighting% Main Responsibilities
30% Sales expense and budget control and resources allocation
30% Field sales activities checking and evaluation
20% Channel insight and analysis
20% Quarter and annual business planning development
Major Responsibilities/Activities:

-Work closely with HQ trade marketing to develop tailor-made programs and local vendors to provide tailor-made merchandising tools & brand power to deliver better visibility and stability.
-Expense control: Manage the TMKT expense process and effective usage in the field and capture the opportunities to improve efficiency; Control and monitor budget, forecast spending evaluation;
-Support field sales in executing and monitoring merchandising standard and front-end management initiatives’ roll-out in the region.
-Develop regional trade presence initiatives to align sales priorities.
-Co-Marketing communication: Support national trade marketing to implement the merchandising and promotion plan/project to make sure better communication between HQ and front line sales and execution in excellent.
-In-store activity: Review and evaluate efficiency of in-store promotion and national feature display promotion.
-PG Training and coaching: provide effective training and coaching to PG team and work with PG management PG to better utilize PG resources;
-Take on ad hoc projects as and when required
-To support National Trade Marketing Manager developing and updating annually Abbott Channel Strategy, POP Vision/ Standards and Trade Spend Framework.
-Using the National POP Vision as the main input, creates specific performance standards for each POP Driver in each channel in the region.
-Annual channel & POP plan, company activity plan, offer & POSM development and rolling planning (as per guidelines from National Trade Marketing team)
8.REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences:
At lreast 10 years or above FMCG industry experience , regional TMK experience 5 years above.
Key Account management experience or field experience are preferably
Position experiences:
Good planning, data analysis and problem solving skills
Expert in managing complexity, strong human relations, strong analytical and presentation;
Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up
Solid experience in field sales execution
Knowledge about trade marketing strategy
Language Skills:
Fluence in both writen and oral English
Computer Skills:
Excellent in Exell and Powerpoint
Mobility:
Willing to travel
