职位描述
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement Rewards various policies and projects
2. Lead optimizing compensation/bonus calculation in compliance with Rewards policies and governance
3. Process payroll calculation, check and review regularly
4. Involve in SSC initiatives and lead assigned projects for service improvement
5. Act as single contact person to dedicate BU(s) on various BU Operation needs and ensure to meet SLA
6. Implement the right working flows of SSC and various SSC projects
7. Generate various employees’ actual/accrual labor cost related reports and analysis reports
8. Manage HR systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, e-leave& OT
9. Support HR legal compliance projects & internal/external audit
10. Document, review & update payroll related processes and guide
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of HR or supporting function experience. HR Operation/C&B experience preferred.
2. Good customer service attitude
3. Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
4. Good communication and problem solving skill
5. Good execution with quality result oriented
6. Good pressure management skills
7. Familiar with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and other related HR Gov. Policy
8. Good Interpersonal and counseling skills
