POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要
BT Account Service Analyst is responsible for effectively providing BT application account creation, deactivation, reactivation, and extension across R&D functional lines. And also be responsible for ensuring effective integration of new applications into the production environment in conjunction with local and global, internal and external IT partners. The BT Account Service Analyst shall demonstrate continuous improvement in the provision of services and support to the R&D BT supported lines and work closely with the Business lines to identify opportunities for innovation and increased productivity.

KEY RESULT AREAS
- Develop and maintain intimate relationships with all business users, within assigned groups.
- Effectively perform regular account maintenance tasks such as account creation, deactivation, reactivation, extension, GIDM information modification.
- Provide account status check per user request.
- Investigate and troubleshoot account issues.
- Manage, resolve and escalate, where necessary, application account problems, owning through to resolution.
- Coordinate and communicate scheduled/unplanned outages with impacted customers.
- Liaise with other IT groups, to ensure resolution of all identified problems within assigned Business area.
- Escalate to global IT partners, as relevant, to ensure seamless application account problem resolution.
- Be responsible for feeding back any ideas, which would result in increased productivity, to the R&D BT teams locally and globally.
- Assist / make recommendations to Business users to enable maximum exploitation of technology within the business functions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within the applications space in order to deliver improved efficiencies to the business

- Bachelor degree in computer science 计算机科学大学本科学历
Experience 经验要求
- At least 2 years experience of working in an IT support environment

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
