工作内容：
1．负责日常接待、电话转接、传真收发；
2．负责快递、报刊的收发，登记管理；
3．负责推柜钥匙的领用、退还管理；
4．负责会议室的预定；
5. 负责前台区域的清洁卫生；
6. 配合其他部门临时需要的行政服务工作。

任职要求：
1．形象端庄大方，有亲和力；
2．较强的服务意识，有责任心；
3．良好的沟通能力，能熟练运用office等常用办公软件；
4．住光谷软件园附近优先。
