岗位描述JOB DESCRIPTION
岗位目标Purpose of the Position:
1.完成公司下达给本区域的销售目标及财务目标。
2.完成公司产品在本区域的招标,物价申请和医院开发目标。
3.完成公司产品在本区域的市场扩展及占有目标。
4.完成本区域的经销商管理目标。
工作职责Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):
a)长期驻守该区, 负责公司产品和业务在指定市场的开发、推广与开拓;完成地区销售目标。Long-term work at the region, responsible for the development, popularization and opening up new market of company’s product and business at the appointed market (EZ, NZ, SZ, and SWZ). Achieve the sales target of appointed area.
b)负责公司产品的物价,医院收费目录的申请,及地区招标等事宜,分析指定市场,制定及执行产品的市场推广计划和策略;Responsible for local pricing registration, hospital pricing listing and area and hospital tender. Analyze the appointed market; formulate and execute the marketing promotion the product and activity’s plan and strategy.
c)负责寻求有能力的区域代理商,协助代理商进行产品的学术推广。协助产品的市场推广,对目标医院,科室及代理商进行产品培训. Response to recruit capable distributor, conduct sales training and product education both for distributors and targeted hospitals.
d)在销售预算范围内,协助制定并负责执行区域销售活动及各类产品的推广活动;Assist to formulate and response to execute the regional sales and promotion of all kinds of product in the sales budget.
e)区域销售及市场行为回顾与总结;Review and summarize the regional sales and marketing conduct.
f)负责公司品牌维护、市场开发及拓展;Responsible for brand-maintenance, market development and expansion.
g)负责公司合作伙伴关系管理、区域经销商管理、新客户的开发。Responsible for the management of company’s partnership, regional distributors and the development of new clients.
工作胜任要求Minimum Requirements:
a)护理,医疗器械或相关专业专科以上学历; Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, medical device or related.
b)3年以上医疗行业市场管理工作经验;有能力独当一面, 开发代理商并管理市场. At least 3years working experience in pharmaceutical market.
c)敏锐的市场洞察力和出色的预测和决策能力较强的团队协作精神,有一定的策划、市场推广能力和沟通能力;Perceptive market insight, excellent ability of prediction and decision-making, strong team-work spirit, planning, promotion and communication.
d)良好的书面报告能力;Good ability of written reporting.
e)严谨细密的工作作风,严守机密的职业素质;Precise and detail-oriented working style, strict secret-keeper.
