Key Responsibilities:
? Understand local regulatory environment and business culture and assist with development and documentation of treasury processes and policies to enhance treasury control
? Manage foreign currency and RMB cash receipts, payments and SAP booking
? Maintain cash balances and reporting
? Drive cash flow forecast process, perform variance analysis and improve cash flow forecasting accuracy
? Manage bank management processes and relationships; prepare monthly bank reconciliation
? Prepare monthly AR bad debt report, coordinate with sales accountant on credit status of each sales order
? Ensure customs and SAFE compliance for import/export business
? Monitor and control cash balance for daily operation; maintaining cash liquidity
? Assist in insurance and risk control programs and activities
? Assist in financial management of regional representative offices
? Assist is organization of intercompany transactions
? Other as required

Requirements:
? Willing to work in Ningxiang until Q3 2014 and Rudong thereafter, in alignment with company’s relocation plans
? Bachelors Degree in Accounting
? 2-3 years previous relevant experience
? Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
? Strong written and oral English skills
? Foreign enterprise experience a plus
? Previous SAP experience a plus
? Above average computer skills, primarily MS Office
? A passion for learning, intercultural awareness and a can-do attitude
