·PURPOSE OF THE JOB 岗位目的

The purpose of this position is to act as project industrial quality leader for OCP projects to provide with industrialization quality support for new product development, which shall contribute to ensuring the right quality level of new product mass production.
·REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position. 请列举其岗位主要工作职责。
1. Act as project industrial quality leader in OCP projects, to ensure the realization of the quality target and specifications.
2. Work closely with R&D Center to ensure components, subassembly and products are developed/manufactured in the right quality level.
3. Organize Process FMEA and follow up the actions.
4. Follow Schneider industrial strategy and process to generate industrial quality specification and control plan for parts, component & subassembly(C/SA), Process ,and Products.
5. Lead PPEP for supplier manufacturing process capability evaluation, communicate with suppliers on quality requirements, provide proper training if necessary to make sure the suppliers are able to deliver consistent quality parts to Schneider.
6. Prticipate in equipment qualification, good command of MSA
7. Act as Internal auditor according to Schneider Guideline and monitor improvement action follow-up (Nice to have; If Junior candidate or fresh one, the choice depends on his/her potential competency development)
8. Act as problem solving leader to PMP/PEP projects
9. Good knowledge, skill and experience on industrial processes audit. (Nice to have; If Junior candidate or fresh one, the choice depends on his/her potential competency development)
10. Certified Six Sigma GB is required, Certified BB are preferred. (Nice to have; If Junior candidate or fresh one, the choice depends on his/her potential competency development)
SPECIFIC ISSUE: Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.

Based in XiaMen, (3-6mons training in SHA ZhangJiang Building)
Regularly frequency of traveling according to projects needs (Around 10% based on Project plan)

China/France R&D Center, Industrialization teams, Schneider Electric Plants, with whom, to check and review whether the quality specifications are clearly defined by Schneider and are suitable to suppliers’ capability, and to check if the required qualification have been completed and meet a proper quality level.
