Roles and Responsibilities:
Admin Responsibilities:
1) Office Administration
Includes working with building management, internal management and outside vendors to ensure that the office environment is clean, professional so that we can uphold a professional, effective work environment.
- Office registration related support and renewal
- Command all the construction and relocation projects for the business needs
- Establish and develop internal administrative procedures
- Control administrative cost
- Monitor proper use of company properties
- Vendor Management: Working with all of our office admin-related vendors to ensure high quality service, deliveries and fast turnaround on issues
- Manage reception and ensure a tidy and professional reception environment
- Other projects, tasks and responsibilities as needed
2) Facility Management
- Maintain all office equipment and necessary office supplies
- Regular office check to create a comfortable environment for all employees
3) Employee club management and maintain annual employee activity plan
4) Assist in important activities and events as needed
HR responsibilities:
- Maintain/update HR reports/records on regular base, such as HC report, recruitment report, training report, org-chart, etc.;
- Work with PPS on daily HR operation, such as HRIS form, pfile, on-boarding/termination, leave management, employee inquiries, etc.;
- Implement training plan/support and engagement plan;
- Support on hiring and termination process;
- Dispatched staff management, including on board and check-out process, and OT checking and communication;
- HR related payment process;
- HR team admin supports;
- Any other tasks assigned by HRM
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree. Multi lingual (native Chinese, good English skill)
2. 3 yrs above work experience in HR& Adm. field.
3. Multi-cultural awareness
4. Good MS skills
5. Proactive, patient, good communication skills
6. Good command of English
